From Monday, July 17th until Sunday, July 23rd, locals can expect to see PGA Tour golfers and Alabama professionals. Tournament rounds will be played on Thursday, July 20th until Sunday, July 23rd. The winner will again receive 300 FedEx Cup points.

Volunteers have a variety of role options to choose from. Committees then allocate potential roles to registrants. Each year, volunteers are required to register as new volunteers to protect the past information provided to the website. If you registered last year, you may use the same username and password. Group volunteers will be given a discount.

The volunteer package for $35 includes:

- Dri Fit golf polo shirt

- Credential for the week-allows you into the tournament on days you do not work
- A ‘Good Any Day’ ticket to give away ($20.00)
- Breakfast and lunch on days you work

For $50, the volunteer package will include all of the above benefits, along with a golf voucher to play at RTJ Grand National.

Barbasol, an Ohio-based consumer product and America’s #1 shaving cream, has sponsored the Championship since 2015. The event will bring 132 professional golfers competing for $4 million in prize money. There is an expected attendance of more than 50,000 to attend the event throughout the tournament week. More than 70 credentialed media are anticipated to attend the event, including local, national and international print and electronic media. The tournament will be televised live on the Golf Channel all four official tournament days. Countries represented include Japan, Korea and Europe. The Championship will have an estimated economic impact of more than $25M on an annual basis. This is based on estimates using comparable city population, tournament size and scope.
