Admission charged for selected events. Built in1992 by the City of Auburn, the complex was an effort to
provide citizens within the community a state-of-the-art recreational facility for softball. The Auburn
Softball Complex staff strives to ensure that visitors enjoy the finest championship playing facilities.
A strong emphasis is placed on expert organization and genuine Southern hospitality. The Auburn Softball
Complex has been recognized as one of the premier complexes in the nation by USA Softball magazine and
has been awarded the ISA & Alabama ASA Complex of the Year award numerous times since its inception.
Since its opening in 1993, the Complex has hosted 18 ASA National Championships and 10 ISA World
Championships. In addition to these events, the complex regularly hosts a number of local leagues and has
been the site for many districts, sub-states, and state tournaments. The Complex was also the home of the
1997 and 1998 Auburn University Women’s Fast Pitch team and hosted a number of SEC games. The Complex boasts
a three-story control building that is surrounded by five fields that feature Bermuda grass outfields,
300-foot fences, skinned infields and Hollywood bases. In addition, each field is equipped with a warning
track, championship lighting and a public address system. All dugouts are covered and feature phones to
the press box. The control building is complete with restrooms, full concessions, a conference room,
rest area for umpires, scorekeeper booths, and press box capabilities.

Home of the 2005 Dixie Youth World Series! Dixie Youth regulation-size baseball and softball fields, control buildings
with concessions, press boxes, restrooms, playgrounds, picnic area, walking trail and lighted parking lots. The complex
also has a football field with concessions, restrooms, two soccer/lacrosse fields, and a walking track.

Eight Dixie Youth-size and two Dixie Boys-size fields, two fast pitch girls softball fields, three control
buildings with press boxes, concessions and restrooms, playground, walking trail and lighted parking lots.

JANE B. MOORE SOFTBALLl COMPLEX
Located off Biggio Drive, this $2.3 million home of the Auburn University Softball team held its first game on
April 24, 1998 when Auburn hosted the University of Georgia. The facility has a capacity of 1,500 chair-back
and bench-back seats and includes a state-of-the-art press box, concession stands, public restrooms, first aid
station, umpires locker room and indoor batting cages. Host of the 2005 NCAA Regional Softball Tournament.

SAMFORD STADIUM AT PLAINSMAN PARK
Located across the street from Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum, Samford Stadium at Hitchcock Field at Plainsman
Park was recently named the third-best collegiate facility in the country by Baseball America. The park offers
the brick backstop of Wrigley Field, the dark green chair-back seats of Camden Yards, the Green Monster of
Fenway Park, and a 50-foothigh scoreboard that towers over center field. Seating capacity at Plainsman Park is 4,096.
