At Botanic, there is a space for every moment, whether you are looking to gather together for dinner, meet friends for a drink and live music, sip coffee in a corner of the Market, or meander through the Greenhouse for gardening inspiration. To offer a truly Southern experience, Botanic embraces the responsibility of supporting local farmers, vendors, & artists in order to enrich the community and operate sustainably.
Stacy Brown and her husband, King Braswell, have been successful in the food industry with Crepe Myrtle Café, Blooming Colors, and Chicken Salad Chick. They opened Botanic as a new adventure together. During the pandemic, the couple started bringing their ideas to fruition.
Every nook and cranny of Botanic was designed with the end result in mind—to make every guest feel special, valued, and loved.
The Patio Bar is an open-air entertainment spot. The bar is located under an Oak Tree, unique to the tradition of Auburn. The bar features local beer on tap, a full bar, small bites, and a stage used for live music. The bar operates seasonally, which makes it a perfect spot for a spring or summer night.
In the Garden Shoppe, find home decor that brings the beauty of nature indoors and gifts for your fellow nature-lover, such as potttery, interior decor, and antique finds. Feel free to bring in your pots for the staff to fill, or let them help you select the perfect containers for your project.
The Market is focused on serving customers healthy foods. You will find farmer’s market produce and vegetables grown by Botanic. Additionally, Botanic preserves fruits from the season to create their jam, pickles, and butter recipes, which are sold in The Market year-round. The Market also serves a variety of pastries, breakfast foods, homemade salads, coffee, and sweet treats.
The Grille is Botanic’s fine dining restaurant serving guests a home-grown meal. They offer two indoor dining rooms – The Orchid Room and The Evergreen Room, and the Grille also features a covered outdoor dining porch area.
The Greenhouse is the heart of Botanic. It is a resource that cultivates beauty by equipping you to take nature home. Whether you are adopting your first houseplant or are crafting a complete oasis, Botanic’s nursery has a large variety of flowering shrubs, trees, bushes and the materials you need to create the perfect environment for your yard to flourish.
