5 Things to Know About BOW & ARROW

Acre has been widely celebrated for its flavors, charm and chef/owner David Bancroft. You’ll be excited to know that Bancroft is bringing another restaurant to the Auburn food scene! BOW & ARROW is projected to open in 2018 and will be located on East Samford Avenue directly across from Church of the Highlands.
We have the inside scoop with FIVE things you need to know about B&A:
1. Bancroft grew up in South Texas and was inspired by his love for cooking over an open fire in cast iron.
2. The restaurant’s name comes from Bancroft’s love of bow hunting during his spare time.
3. What sets BOW & ARROW apart? Guest will order from an open fire pit! Ooh, la la!
4. Bancroft describes the flavor as a “Texas/Alabama potluck”.
5. Bancroft says guests will be most excited about the aromas coming from the open-fire cooking spreading throughout the city of Auburn!
