Loud Roots is a build-your-own-bowl concept that offers fresh, nourishing ingredients! They offer quinoa and rice bowls, wellness-boosting smoothies, and salads. Their menu is completely customizable and the ingredients are sourced from local farms. 

Chef Fernando Cruz, originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico brought his years of experience and culinary talent to Auburn to work as the executive chef at Auburn's Ariccia & Piccolo. After nearly a decade, he has returned to the lovliest village to serve freshness through Loud Roots!

Hey Day Market hours are daily, 10:30 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. Student dining dollars, with the exemption of block meals, can be used at Loud Roots as well as all other vendors at Hey Day Market.
