The Auburn University Speech and Hearing Clinic is hosting a free speech, language and hearing screening Friday, Jan. 11 from 2:00-4:30 p.m. at 1199 Haley Center.

The screenings are also being hosted by Auburn's chapters of the National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association and the Student Academy of Audiology.

The screenings will assess the following for children and adults: articulation (pronouncing sounds), receptive language (understanding concepts and spoken language), expressive language (ability to verbally express self), cognition (attention, memory, problem solving), voice quality, fluency and hearing.
