By popular demand, the tour guides who brought our community the Haunted Auburn Walking Tour for the last decade have collaborated to bring our Railroad Towns’ newest fall event here.

We proudly introduce Opelika Haunted Walking Tour! Join local folklorist, paranormal investigator, artist, AND professional actor Brandon Stoker- (Walking Dead, Zombieland 2), and his investigative partner- accredited historian, local author, and paranormal investigator John-Mark Poe. With several decades of professional paranormal investigative experience under their belts and almost a decade leading the Haunted Auburn Walking tour, these experienced tour guides will lead you past Opelika's downtown locations.

They’ll share 1st hand accounts from those who've experienced genuine paranormal phenomena that just couldn’t be explained. Many experiences reported have actually been verified by local professionals working in that district. Stops include The Spectral Train, Phantom Switch Operator, Prohibition Era Voodoo Dr.’s shop, Ghost of Tandy Keyes, Former Clement Hotel location, The Phantom Horse, and Buggy +spook of the mansard house.

Weekly tours offered by our co-hosts occur every Friday/ Saturday of October + Halloween night. This 6 pm tour is rated PG and is appx 30-40 minutes long. Perfect for 12 and up!

* Please note that this is a WALKING tour held in the event of no rain. Please wear appropriate shoes. Gather at the old train depot at the closest end of Railroad Ave by the old wooden stairs. Admission is ALWAYS free.
