Selected as a landmark contributing to a deeper understanding of our American Heritage, Spring Villa was placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior on January 3, 1978. Spring Villa is a 350 acre park with an antebellum house, an outdoor volleyball court, horseshoe pit, campground with hookups for 30 spaces, restrooms, a campground lodge suitable for gatherings, walking trails, a day camp compound, outdoor bandstand, nature trails, open play area, picnic tables and grills among the wooded areas, picnic shelters, and the caretakers home. Free wifi is available to all park visitors.

Spring Villa Park features a campground with electrical, water and sewage hookups for 30 spaces as well as restrooms with shower facilities.

The Spring Villa Lodge

Located across the street from the Penn Yonge house is a lodge available for group rental. The interior of the lodge offers a front deck with picnic tables,central air and heat, a common room with tables and chairs, restrooms, a stove, a refrigerator and an ice machine. Adjacent to the lodge is a large shelter with restrooms.

The Penn Yonge House

The Penn Yonge House has a rich history that includes murder and mysterious events.
