Built in the 1840’s the historic Halliday Cary Pick House is one of the oldest remaining homes in the City of Auburn. The house was gifted to the College of Human Sciences in 2011 by Mrs. Frances Pick Dillard is now home to the Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy & Nonprofit Studies in the College of Human Sciences. The Halliday Cary Pick House is a perfect ceremony and reception site featuring old Southern charm. Chairs, floral arrangements, alters, podiums, and other approved equipment obtained through The Hotel at Auburn University may be used on the lawn area.
