Reserve online or Text/Call them at 334-707-3006 about 10 to 15 minutes before you would like a pick-up, and they’ll come to pick you up. It’s helpful to text your name, number of passengers, pick-up location, time, and drop-off location. If you see them out and about you can always flag they down as well.
