Join the local community in Chewacla State Park for the Fresh Air Market May 19th and 20th! This event will feature shopping vendors, food, and live music. This event is focused on fundraising for the Sheriffs Girls Ranch. The Ranch is home to abused, neglected and abandoned girls from local communities.

The Fresh Air market will feature the Duck Norris Rubber Ducky Derby. Rubber ducks can be purchased for participation in the race, and all proceeds will go to the Girls Ranch. There are multiple duck packages ranging from single ducks for $5 each up to a pack of 50 ducks. The owner of the winning rubber duck will take home $2,500! In addition to the duck race, there will also be Boston Butt sales for the Girls Ranch, costing $35 apiece.

Music performances will feature a variety of genres and play through the course of the two-day event. From gospel, blues, American rock, country, jazz, to rockabilly, these bands will be playing something for everyone! Featured artists include Bill King, The Electric Rangers, The Ramblers, Charity Bowden, and GP-38.Check out the Fresh Air Market website for the full lineup schedule!

A variety of food vendors will be present throughout the market, from delicious desserts, barbeque plates to fajitas, there will be something for everyone. The Kids Zone will be complete with children favorites such as ice cream and snow cones. Vendors include Nothing Bundt Cakes, Philly Connection, and several local farmers will be present to share their homegrown produce and canned goods. 

In addition to all the shopping and food vendors, there will be a petting zoo at the market and participants will also have the opportunity to explore Chewacla State Park throughout the event.
