Regularly mimicked but never matched, Storybook Farm’s Kentucky Derby Day, now in its 16th year, is the largest in Alabama! Held annually on the first Saturday in May, Derby Day has become a premier, signature event in our community. If you thought last year's event was impressive, just wait until you see what Storybook Farm has planned for this year. Prepare to be dazzled!

Ladies, it's time to find your perfect hat, and gentlemen, ensure your bowties are impeccably tied, and join Storybook Farm for electrifying race day coverage, delectable cuisine, and an array of libations to quench your thirst.

It’s the perfect place to watch the Kentucky Derby with friends! A variety of delectable bites from local restraints is served and guests will find specialty cocktails and the iconic Old Forester mint julep throughout the Farm. Hosted by a dynamic emcee, the program features the Spectacular Hat and Dapper Dan Contests, live Churchill Downs coverage, and exciting auctions. Concluding with vibrant entertainment and an after-party with DJ WellDunn, the day promises non-stop excitement!
