Feel the camaraderie as you share the track with locals and visitors alike, all driven by a common love for our incredible community. For the little ones, the Kids' 1-Mile Run promises laughter, smiles, and a taste of the running fever.

Half Marathon Runners will pass Toomer's Corner, the Auburn University President's House, see the Duggar Concourse, Quad Drive, Haley Concourse, and Thach Concourse. After running a lap on the Hutsell-Rosen Track, seeing the Intramural Playing Fields and Football Practice Fields, runners will pass the Coliseum and Auburn Arena before finishing alongside Jordan-Hare Stadium. Due to field renovations, the race will finish outside the stadium in 2024, but will return to the 50-yd line in 2025!
Half Marathon runners will have separate running lanes from 5K runners so that faster runners in the Half Marathon will not have to navigate around slower runners in the 5K.
5K runners will start outside Jordan-Hare Stadium and turn onto Thach Concourse. The 5K course will take runners past the Intramural Playing Fields, Football Practice Fields, and the Coliseum before finishing alongside Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Get the whole family active at the War Eagle Run Fest and have your kids join us for the War Eagle Kids Mile. Our mission is to instill running as a part of a healthy lifestyle in our kids at an early age. With your help, we can add healthy, happy, and active to our unique culture. The Kids Mile is limited to kids 12 years of age and younger.
Kids older than 12 should register for the 5K. Both distances are friendly to walking. Race staff attend a "half-mile" turnaround on the War Eagle Kids Mile to let the little ones get to the finish line quicker if they like.
POST-RACE PARTY:
You don't have to be in a hurry to leave after you cross the finish line. Right outside the stadium, we will be hosting our Post Race Party. Be sure to give yourself time to enjoy the live music, hot food choices, and ice-cold drinks. The Tailgate Party kicks off at 8:00 a.m. and concludes at 11:30 a.m.
The post-race party is open to the public, but the food and beer are reserved for runners who will have tickets attached to their race bibs. The Student Center will also be open for friends and family who would like to purchase some snacks.
