Immerse yourself in the art of French-Asian fusion cuisine with a live cooking demonstration led by the esteemed Executive Chef of Callaway Gardens on March 27 Tony & Libba Rane Culinary Science Center from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Chef Byron Bondoc is known for blending the finest culinary traditions from France and Asia. He will prepare a three-course meal in a cooking show-style format while you sit and enjoy his creations, each course paired with a wine. You will gain insights into the unique techniques and creative processes behind each dish. In this intimate dining and educational experience, Chef will be delighted to answer your questions and share valuable tips to elevate your own culinary endeavors.
