Chewacla State Park

Take your dog on a hike at this beautiful 696 acre park! When the weather is warm, there’s also a 26-acre lake for you and your friend to play in.

Need to get rid of some of your pup’s energy? Let them play at the dog park at Town Creek or let them swim in the creek! Please keep in mind that dogs are not allowed on the Town Creek Cemetery grounds.

The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center

Travelling to Auburn but don’t want to leave your furry friend at home? When you book a room at the Hotel at Auburn University, you don’t have to! The hotel offers 10 pet-friendly rooms on the second floor complete with bamboo flooring, specially treated fabric, no exposed wires and food and water bowls. The hotel even partners with the Auburn University Vet Clinic to offer special rates for pets undergoing treatment.
