The Nest at Chirpwood

If you haven’t checked out Chirpwood yet, you are missing out! This rustic little gem is hidden along 10th street in Downtown Opelika, Ala. Chirpwood is an eclectic frame shop that additionally features local art and generously gives half of their proceeds back to the Bridge2Rwanda Scholars Program. But that’s not all….. They now have The Nest.

So, what is The Nest? It’s kind of like a coffee shop, but more! It’s a niche to hang out, catch a cup of coffee, study with a friend, maybe read a book.

According to their website - It is not a coffee shop, but they have great coffee.

It’s designed to make you feel like “your place when you're not at your place”.
They have a kind of cover charge that includes Westrock coffee, fresh produce from Opelika's Farmers Market, snacks, and internet access.
$5 the first hour
$3 the second hour
$2 every hour after that

Also, SAVE THE DATE for next week’s ribbon cutting and Open House. Scheduled for Tuesday, June 27, the ribbon cutting will take place at 4:30 p.m. and the Open House will last from 4 to 6 p.m.
