Auburn's very own South Texas-style smokehouse. Bow & Arrow can best be described as a Texas smokehouse meets Alabama potluck. We encourage family style ordering and passing food at the table. Texas style meats are cut by hand from the pit, weighed on scales, and served with fresh made flour tortillas or white bread. Your meats are piled onto butcher paper lined trays as you make your way through the potluck. Pick up some dessert and drinks from the cashier before you grab plates and silverware at the complimentary condiment bar.
