Chewacla State Park
Chewacla State Park boasts over 30 miles of premier single-track trails suitable for both beginners and advanced riders. Located in the southernmost foothills of the Appalachian Trail, the park features diverse trails, including beginner-friendly paths, hand-built trails with unique textures, and a small skills area. Highlights include the 15-foot-high Great Wall of Chewacla and the double-black diamond Forbidden Zone, with man-made features like dirt and wood jumps, a qualifier skinny, and a 33-foot gap jump—the largest in the Southeast. Whether you're looking for a leisurely ride or an adrenaline-pumping adventure, Chewacla has it all.
Central Alabama Mountain Pedalers CAMP

Check out the weekly Tuesday Night Ride and Grill and the Super Sunday ride leaving the second parking lot. All skill levels are welcome.
