FAQ

Auburn Athletics will continue to provide digital tickets for the 2023 Football season. Digital tickets help to increase convenience, flexibility and safety for fans on gamedays. Click here for more information on digital tickets. 

Parking

No parking is allowed on the roadway, bike paths, and sidewalks. Vehicles are not allowed inside areas enclosed by bollards, posts, chains or fences. Cars in these areas or those found blocking roadways, sidewalks, emergency lanes, fire hydrants, driveways or other vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.

Shuttles

During Auburn home football games, Tiger Transit runs special routes. These routes are available to all game day fans and are free of charge. Buses run for four hours prior to kickoff of SEC games and three hours prior to non-SEC games. Service for any 11 a.m. game will begin at 8 a.m. 

Tailgating

There is nothing better than a fall weekend in Auburn. From Tiger Walk to Toomer's Corner, our fans and traditions make Auburn's gameday experience the best in college football. Know Before You Go: Things to Keep in Mind this Football Season

Whether you're a seasoned season ticket holder or a first-time visitor, we’ve got everything you need to know to make your gameday smooth and stress-free. From parking and seating to Auburn policies, this quick list will ensure you’re all set to enjoy the best gameday experience in the country. Chairback Reservations

  • Single-Game Chairbacks: Kick back and enjoy Kickoff on The Plains in comfort! Click here to reserve today for $12 as chairback prices will increase on gameday to $15!

Postgame Traffic Flow & Routes

  • New Routes: New postgame outbound routes have been set to expedite travel. Routes can be viewed here or on the Auburn Athletics App. While some of the routes may seem abnormal to a daily routine, the mission is to keep traffic flowing to the larger thoroughfares as quickly as possible. 

  • Parking Passes: Each game day parking pass issued through Auburn University now includes a QR code with a map and prescribed route from each parking area to either Interstate 85 or Highway 280.

  • Use of Main Roads: Traffic will flow to I-85 and US Highway 280 with assistance from local law enforcement at key intersections.

Parking Updates

  • Ross Square: A new parking option near Samford Hall is available for purchase. More information can be found here.

  • Grass Parking Restrictions: Limited grass parking along Wire Road near the Woltosz Football Performance Center for the first five games.

Construction & Stadium Updates

  • North End Zone: Construction in the north end zone has limited pedestrian and golf cart traffic between Petrie Hall and the stadium. Thatch Concourse is the recommended walkway.

  • Tiger Walk: Due to construction at Plainsman Park, the east side of Tiger Walk will have restricted access. The west side remains fully open.

Rideshare & Cooling Stations

  • New Rideshare Location: Added at Duncan and Samford Drive to accommodate more fans.

  • Cooling Stations: Three new cooling stations have been added outside Jordan-Hare Stadium. They are located at Samford & Donahue Drive, the War Eagle Way Transit drop-off, and the east side Transit Depot.

Water Bottle Policy

  • Fans are allowed to bring a sealed clear water bottle or an empty clear plastic water bottle into the stadium. Auburn’s full water bottle policy can be found here.

Clear Bag Policy

  • Auburn University has a clear bag policy for Jordan-Hare Stadium. To view the full policy, click here.

Auburn VIP Experiences

  • VIP Experiences: Enhance your gameday with various VIP packages, including field access, tours, and unique experiences like running with the team or watching the Eagle Flight from the field.

  • Future Games: VIP experiences for future home games go on sale the Monday of game week at 9:00 am. Further information as well as tickets can be found here.
