Master Sommelier Thomas Price and guest sommeliers will guide attendees through the world of wine, exploring different varietals and how they complement each course. Visiting winemakers will also offer tastings, allowing guests to sample unique selections and deepen their appreciation for fine wine.
The event opens Friday evening with a welcome reception where guests can enjoy the rooftop views of The Laurel's gardens and the picturesque Auburn Surroundings. Saturday begins with breakfast at leisure in The Library, followed by a cooking demonstration and lunch in the exhibition kitchen. The afternoon offers time to relax poolside, enjoy a spa treatment, or explore downtown Auburn and Auburn University's scenic campus. The evening will bring a nine-course tasting dinner at 1856- Culinary residence. The experience concludes Sunday with a farewell brunch, offering one last opportunity for guests to savor the cuisine.
