Max Capacity | 40-150 Guests  

• Indoors: Up to 40 seated / 75 standing

• Outdoors: Up to 150 guests

Booking & Requirements

• Events with over 50 guests or scheduled outside 12–5 PM require a lodging buyout

• Most weddings require a two-night buyout

• A day-of coordinator is required for weddings (not a guest or wedding party member)

• Heritage House provides bar service under its liquor license
